DELIVERY

Liberté's webshop strives to deliver your order within 1-3 working days.

However, we are at times extra busy at our warhouse. E.g after large sales or holidays.

Delivery outside Denmark can take up to 5-7 business days, and costs from 100 DKK

Liberté arranges delivery to the customer. If delays occur at our shipping company, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Liberté can not be held responsible for delays with the shipping company.

WARRANTY

Liberté provides a 2-year right of complaint, according the Danish Sale of Goods law, including manufacturing and material defects that are found during normal use of the product.

The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, or indirectly arising as a result of incorrect operation, direct maintenance, violence or unauthorised intervention. Complaints about defects and deficiencies, which should be discovered during the usual examination of the item, must be notified to the Liberté within a reasonable time.

The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or by agreement if necessary. credit. In connection with approved complaint cases, Liberté bears return costs.
