Return

If you have purchased an item that does not fit or meet your taste, you are welcome to return it. You have a full fourteen (14) days to return the item from the day you receive your package or from the day your package is received at your designated service point.

For orders with a value of less than 500DKK the customer must pay  29DKK for shipping.

For orders above 500DKK shipping and return is free.

 

How to return items ordered on liberte.dk

Orders can be returned with the enclosed return label.

Remember to fill out the enclosed return slip as well. 

Notice that all returns are at your own risk.

In order to facilitate the processing time, and thus also increase the speed of when you get your money back, it is very important that you fill out and enclose the return bill with reason codes for your return(s).

Return of products is at your own risk and you are responsible for ensuring that the content of the return package are properly packed.

In addition, return packages must NEVER be sent without shipment or per. COD.

How to exchange products ordered at liberte.dk

If you wish to change to a different size or color, please place a new order at liberte.dk and then send the unwanted item back to us. This ensures you receive the correct item(s) as soon as possible. The money for the returned goods will be credited within five (5) business days after arrival at our warehouse.

Refunds

All refunds will be made within five (5) business days after arrival to our warehouse, after which the money should be visible on your account. Please talk to your bank if you experience problems. We can unfortunately not help with this issue after refunding your money.

If you have paid with MasterCard, however, it may take up to thirty (30) days before the money is visible on your account.

Please return products in good, undamaged and unused condition to expect a refund of the purchase price of the product. If products are not returned in substantially the same condition as delivery (including original tags and polybag), then we reserve the right to refund you a lesser amount than the original purchase value, as we can’t resell used products.

You are of course welcome to try the item to estimate size, fit, etc. without affecting the value of the item.

Of course, the above is NOT valid for approved claims or for products which have already been used.
