Liberté's webshop strives to deliver your order within 1-3 business days .

Please note that during busy periods, such as after big sales or holidays, longer delivery times may occur.

• Delivery outside Denmark :
  • Expected delivery time: 5-7 business days
  • Shipping prices start from 100 DKK

Liberté arranges delivery to the customer. If delays occur with the shipping company, this will affect the delivery time. Liberté cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

Warranty & Right of complaint

Liberté offers a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occur during normal use of the product.

The right of complaint does not cover:

• Damage, wear or defects caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions.
• Defects and defects that should have been discovered during normal inspection of the goods must be reported to Liberté within a reasonable time.

In the event of an approved complaint, the item can be returned for repair, exchange or – if necessary – credit. In the event of an approved complaint, Liberté will cover the return costs.
