Return Policy

If you have purchased an item that does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it. You have fourteen (14) days to return the item from the day you receive your package or from the day your package arrives at your delivery location.

  • For orders under 500 DKK, the customer must pay 29 DKK for shipping, but has free returns.
  • For orders over 500 DKK, shipping and returns are free.

How to return items purchased on Liberté.dk

  • Use the enclosed return label to return your package.
  • Remember to fill out the enclosed return form.
  • Please note that returns are at your own risk.

For faster processing time and faster refund, it is important that you complete and attach the return form with reason codes for your return.

Returns are at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring that the return package is properly packaged. Packages may never be sent without postage or by cash on delivery (COD).

Do you want a different size or color?

  • Place a new order at liberte.dk to ensure you get the right product quickly.
  • Send the unwanted item back to us.
  • The money for the returned items will be credited within five (5) business days of receipt at our warehouse.

Refund

  • All refunds are processed within five (5) business days of receipt at our warehouse.
  • The amount should then be visible in your account. Please contact your bank if you experience any delays.
  • When paying with MasterCard, it may take up to thirty (30) days for the funds to appear in your account.

Expected condition upon return:

  • Products must be returned in good, undamaged and unused condition to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
  • If the products are returned in a significantly worse condition (without original tags, polybag, etc.), we reserve the right to refund a reduced amount as we cannot resell used items.

You are of course welcome to try on the item to assess size, fit, etc., without it affecting the value of the item.

Note: The above does not apply to approved complaints or to goods that have already been put into use.
